Return & Exchange Policy

At Nuraé, we are committed to delivering premium quality and a seamless shopping experience.

Exchanges Only

We do not offer refunds. However, we are happy to provide exchanges under the conditions mentioned below.

Eligibility for Exchange

  • Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Products purchased during sale or promotional offers are not eligible for exchange unless they are defective or damaged.

Exchange Process

  • To initiate an exchange, please contact us at wearnurae@gmail.com or call/WhatsApp +91 8827927974 with your order number and reason for exchange.
  • Once your request is approved, we will guide you through the next steps.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping the item back to us unless the product received is damaged or incorrect.

Exchange Options

  • You may exchange the product for:
    • A different size (subject to availability), or
    • Another item of equal value

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear images/videos. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Products showing signs of use
